Who can publish a rating
You need an account. A rating goes public only when that account has an X handle (Login with X). Magic-link-only accounts can write; the rating stays pending with the note "Connect your X account to publish". Published ratings show @handle, never "a member".
What is held
A rating that names any @handle other than the listing's creator, that accuses (fraud, scam, steals, stole, criminal, illegal, lawsuit, harass), that threatens, that uses a slur, or that includes a URL, is held for a human to read. It is not auto-published.
What is refused
Prompt-shaped text, spam, and rating your own listing are refused. One rating per person per bot. You can edit or delete your own.
Takedown
The listing's claimed creator can hide a rating at once. Anyone signed in can report it; two reports hide it. The operator can approve, hide, or delete from the review queue.
